RelayDesk Terms of Use

These Terms govern RelayDesk, operated by Mave Studios LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in India ("Mave Studios", "RelayDesk", "we", "us"). By creating a RelayDesk account, pairing a device or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service
RelayDesk provides remote access to computers or servers deliberately paired by an authenticated user. You must own or be authorized to control each connected device and comply with applicable law, workplace policies, third-party platform rules and software licences.

2. Acceptable use
You may not use RelayDesk for unauthorized access, malware, credential theft, unlawful surveillance, security-control evasion, interference with third-party systems, fraud, abuse or any other unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate abusive or compromised accounts/devices.

3. Remote-action responsibility
RelayDesk tools can read or modify files, start or terminate processes, run terminal commands, change local configuration and trigger external side effects. You are responsible for the commands you request, the authority to perform them, and maintaining appropriate backups and safeguards.

4. Plans and metering
When RelayDesk billing enforcement is enabled, the Free plan includes up to 1,000 remote commands per calendar month. While billing enforcement is disabled, RelayDesk may allow usage beyond that threshold without creating a paid entitlement. Metering rules, plan limits and paid-plan features may change prospectively; material paid-plan changes will be presented before renewal where required by law.

5. Paid subscriptions
RelayDesk Super is currently US$15 per month worldwide and may be billed as a recurring subscription through Razorpay. The checkout screen will show the price and billing interval before payment. By authorizing a recurring subscription, you consent to the payment mandate/tokenization flow required by the payment provider and applicable law.

6. Renewal and cancellation
Unless the checkout states otherwise, a recurring plan renews automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. You may request cancellation at any time; cancellation will ordinarily take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless immediate cancellation is required by law or explicitly requested and supported. Once a Razorpay subscription is cancelled, a new subscription may be required to resume paid service.

7. Refunds
RelayDesk is a digital SaaS service. Charges for an already-started billing period are generally non-refundable after paid service has been made available, except where required by applicable law, where a duplicate/incorrect charge occurred, or where Mave Studios confirms that the paid service was not provided due to a RelayDesk-side failure. Refund/cancellation requests should be sent to relaydeskmcp@gmail.com with the RelayDesk account email and payment/subscription identifier; never send card, CVV, UPI PIN or other payment credentials. We aim to acknowledge billing/refund requests within 2 business days and decide eligible refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval; final credit timing then depends on Razorpay, the bank and payment network.

8. Payment data
RelayDesk does not store full payment-instrument credentials. Payment processing is performed by Razorpay and relevant financial institutions. We may store provider identifiers and transaction/subscription metadata required to operate billing and meet accounting, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.

9. Availability and warranty
RelayDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every device/OS/tool will support every action. Service limitations may result from the user's device, network, operating system, AI client, third-party APIs or payment providers.

10. Account security
You must protect RelayDesk account and device credentials and promptly revoke credentials you believe are compromised.

11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mave Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from unauthorized commands, user-controlled device actions, third-party services or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rights, courts at Delhi, India will have jurisdiction.
